They may be transferred in certain situations. If you need to reschedule or cancel please notify me 24 hours prior and your deposit can be moved once. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, deposit will be forfeited, %50 of your service will be charged and will require a new deposit to reschedule. A no call no show is anything after 15 min late with no call or text. No call no shows will be charged 95% of your service fee and is required to pre-pay in full in order to book again. If you already have work done from another tech please book the correct service. If you do not know what to book please reach out to me first as it may not be considered a new service and I would need to see your current work to make sure it’s fixable. Booking without letting me know you have current work may conclude in your appointment being canceled if I am unable to do what you booked for in the time allotted If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please make me aware within 3 days after your appointment and I will do everything in my power to fix it to your satisfaction.
